Section 28

<br> in case of prohibited publication or export, sale distribution etc. of prohibited publication

If a person exports a prohibited publication or a prohibited publication, the local authority may impose a fine of up to five thousand rupees and confiscate such publication.  It can also confiscate such publications with a fine of up to five thousand rupees.
